Biskut MAMA Carie
Recipe 1
250gm butter
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup corn flour
2 egg yolks
1 cup self raising flour
Tepung Gandum ikut lembut (cukup lembut untuk di uli)
Vanilla Essence
Icing :- Telur Putih, Gula icing (kalau nak, letak tepung jagung sikit)- pukul sampai putih & creamy. Hias ikut kesukaan masing2.
Method :-
As usual la..pukul butter & gula, add in telur, tepung2 semua then last sekali tepung gandum ikut lembut (untuk canai & uli)
Recipe 2
300gm butter
375gm Tepung Gandum
130gm tepung jagung
100 gm gula icing
1/2 sudu teh vanilla essence
Icing : same as above
Method: same as above

Today's Menu : Almond London Chocolate Cookies

Today, im going to try out my Almond London Chocolate Cookies. It has been ages tak buat biskut ni. So..hopefully it turns out well. Guys,..try my recipe!...yummy...
Ingredients:-
125g butter, diced
75g icing sugar, sifted
1 egg yolk
225g plain flour, sifted
1 tsp Vegetable Fat
300g whole toasted almonds with skin, halved
450g dark chocolate, melted
Small paper cases
Almond nips or chocolate rice for decoration
Method
1. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in the egg yolk.
2. Add plain flour and vegetable fat (a chemical that provides the extra crispiness to cookies, obtainable at all cake specialist shops). Fold and mix well.
3. Take a marble-sized dough and wrap around half the almond. Shape into a small egg.
4. Place on greased cookie trays and bake in preheated oven at 170degreeC for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
5. Place cookies on small paper cases. Top and cover with melted chocolate.
6. Sprinkle almond nips or chocolate rice liberally over the top.

Assalammualaikum semua...
Today watie ade mood nak buat biskut Raya. Dah lama rasa nak buat, tapi nak buat biskut ni kena ade mood jugak. KAlau tak,..tak menjadi. So ..pikir punya pikir...watie ingat nak buat pinneaple tart. Since biskut ni jadi kegemaran seisi keluarga!..Alamatnye, sebelum Raya sure habih ni...tak pe,..ayah cakap...kalau habis, ayah bagi duit, buat lagi..hehehe....
So, watie nak share jugak la recipe tart ni. Watie dah cuba macam2..letak ice, air sejuk, susu tepung, letak tepung jagung,....entah mana satu nak ikut pun tak tahu. Tapi still, watie tengah cari2 jugak satu recipe tart yg baunya mcm susu...sedap sungguh makan masa study di Trolak dulu. Ade kawan bawak. Itupun rasa satu je..sedih betul. Nyesal...nyesal...
Nak try recipe watie?..
Tart Nenas
1 buku butter (250gm)
3 cawan tepung gandum
2 cawan tepung jagung
1 cawan susu tepung
2 biji telur merah
Secubit Garam
Jem nenas...beli je la...
Caranya:-
Masukkan semua, gaul sampai jd mcm serbuk roti. Last sekali masukkan telur. Agak2 boleh pipe keluar adunan tepung (pakai acuan tart mcm samperit tu). Then boleh la balut jem nenas dengan adunan.Bakar pada suhu 180 darjah C.
Cuba lah...
